This is made possible by a total REBUILD of ParcelAtlas, the largest Single Cadastral Feature Service in the world, to accommodate bulk updating. Requiring the overwriting of only records that have changed in the LAST WEEK, the entire operation takes only hours. Better, the whole affair is robotic, WEEKLY UPDATES initiated upon arrival of Quantarium’s Weekly CHANGE FILE.
